I was changing a flood light bulb in one of the can lights and was pulling on the ring around the bulb to get a better grip on the bulb and as I was pulling I heard a small pop, the lights all went out, and assumed it was the breaker box. Checked it and none were tripped. All of the plug ins work fine just not the overhead lights. What happened and how do I fix it? Thanks
I didnt get a chance to sick my 60 LB pit bull on them and go after them myself because I wasn’t thinking right and turned on the flood light and they ran away. My girlfriend filed a police report so I’m hoping this doesnt scare them off. In my experince theives WILL be back and I’ll be ready for them.
tonight while a friend and i were sitting in my car we had all the windows open and lights off except his flood light.. a strange bug flew into my car and scared us blind pretty much. he was nude colored, had 6 legs and two wings the size of your thumb. his body was only slightly longer than his wings with his head.
we live in connecticut, his neighborhood is surrounded by forest with lots of green leaf trees and shrubs. any help would be appreciated! thanks

I am having my wedding in a tent, I have always dreamed of having our monogram displayed on the roof of the tent. I realize that I most likely need a flood light and an insert of our monogram, do you know of any websites that will make the monogram insert?
We have four flood type lights in our living room, and I was in the living room a few minutes ago, and one just randomly flashed a bright light like it was trying to spark or something and than it stopped. The light still works and everything, and I’ve never seen this happen before. I turned the lights off, but why would a flood light randomly flash so bright, almost like a flash of lightening, and it made a clicking noise too? It startled my dog, and it was like the light jumped out a foot when it happened.

red and 80W and im wondering how many lumens it produces?

In our kitchen soffit, there are 3 different bulbs/sockets. Each burns out very quickly, sometimes in one day. We have tried different wattage bulbs, does not make a difference. The socket uses flood light type bulbs, flat on the bottom. We’re going broke buying these. Without calling an Electrician, any ideas?
These are what are called "make-up" bulbs. Haven’t seen any of the new fluorescent bulbs with the small base or round shape. Will they make efficient bulbs that aren’t those hideous spiral bulbs? I have ceiling fans with bulbs that are visible and those look terrible. Also, what about can lights which take flood light bulbs? This is one case where I don’t think progress is an improvement!!
I have a large padded envelope containing a DVD and a flood light filter and was wondering if I can just slap some stamps on it and mail it from my home mailbox, or do I have to mail large envelopes like this from a physical post office?
