Will this overload the circuit?

The following nine items are on one 15 amp circuit. I want to add a tenth item.

On one 15 amp wire (one 15 amp circuit) there are currently :

1) Back Door outside Light (one bulb, 75 watt)

2) Light fixture above Washer and Dryer (two 75 watt bulbs)

3) Light in Garage (one 100 watt bulb)

4) Lights for automatic Garage Door Opener (two 60 watt bulbs)

5) Automatic Garage Door Opener (unknown wattage)

6) Two outlets in the garage (sometimes used)

7) Garage Attic Fan (unknown wattage)

8) Two light fixtures on the outside of the garage door (one on either side) (two 60 watt bulbs total)

9) One outdoor motion light fixture with two 100 watt bulbs.

Here is my question. There are currently 9 items shown above. I want to add another item so the future total will be 10 items. This is what I want to add : I want to add ANOTHER outdoor automatic motion light with two 100 watt bulbs. Will I be overloading this 15 amp circuit?
Thank you.

How high should I mount my T5 grow light?

I’ve have a Hydrofarm T5 Grow light rated at 454 watts with a maximum output of about 40,000 lumen. I want to achieve 10,000 lumen for my garden. How high should I hang the light fixture above the plants? I’ve had a hard time finding a lumen fall-off chart for a 4 foot – 8 lamp system. Can anyone help me out?

Why do my light bulbs burn out with in days?

In every light fixture that contains more than one bulb, it seems that one out of the 2 or three I replace burns out in a matter of days. Its like it can’t handle more than one, but I am always using a lower voltage than the maxium it can handle. Any one with any ideas? My house never is well lit anymore.

Putting in a new light bulb, zapped and broke. Now no lights!? (not fuse!)?

I was in the front of my house putting in a new flood light. I was not giving much force but the light zapped and broke as I was putting it in. All the other floods went out. I immediately assumed I blew a fuse, yet after going to the basement to check, all fuses are fine.

What happened? What do I do?
Thank you thus far!!

I shall go check all possibilities right now.

(and yes I have circuit breakers)
I really thought it would be the gfci since there is an outlet nearby.

Anyways no luck with that, double checked the circuit breaker.

I attempted to open the unit, yet unfortunately its been outside for so long that the screws simply rusted and stripped as I tried to unscrew.

I was able to pull out the single light fixture and expose the two wires to it. How likely is it that the bulb base has broken, as the first response noted. If so I will sacrifice losing this light and connect the two wires directly to each other.

How do I attach an LED bulb to a solar panel, battery and a switch?

This seems simple enough but nobody knows how to do it. I need to make a lighting system for a boat. I want it to be solar powered. All I need is a way to get a solar panel attached to a battery for storage and then a switch so I can turn it on at night. The boat is wired for battery power and I have yet to find a simple lighting system that I can just make my own light fixture for. There are so many choices if I want it for a garden but for marine applications they will rust. please help,.

Are Led lights as bright as fluorescent lights.?

Answer: LED light is different from fluorescent. The light it emits acts more like particle light. Think of it as millions of teeny tiny BBs striking your countertops and giving back light that you can see (visible secondary radiation). They don’t bounce around much after they strike, so there is very little glow (ambience) with LED.
Fluorescent light is more like waves in your bathtub bouncing all over until they lose their energy. This creates a lot of glow (ambience). You can see the undersides of shelves better with fluorescent lighting. It is hard to beat fluorescent lighting for overall light per watt of electricity, but LEDs are the champions of point source light because they can be seen miles away.
LEDs are chips (like computer chips). They can outlast almost any bulb. There are peaches and lemons in all products. Who knows how long a peach LED could last. OOOOH! I like that: No bulb replacement. Just add an additional light fixture. You can afford it with the savings.

is it ok to use energy efficient bulbs instead of type B bulbs?

I just bought a light fixture that says to use "six Maximum 40 Watt type B bulbs" which I know are the teardrop shaped bulbs. Is it ok to use six 40 watt energy efficient Compact Florescent bulbs instead?
the bulbs i want to use are 11 watt CFLs, which equal 40 watts of lighting

Installing Light Sensors?

I currently have an outdoor light but rather than having to replace it all together (which is more expensive) I went to a store and found that they sell just the bare sensor which is ideally what I want to connect to the exisiting outdor light to make it operate by sensor. My question then should i then mount just mount the sensors and have three wires lead to the exisiting light fixture and attached the hot (live wire) to the exisiting hot and the neutral to the exisiting neutral and the ground to the exisiting ground etc. To me that is what would be required but I just want to be certain.
