What do u think of a pastel colr motif in a garden wedding eiht a touch of gold?
my wedding is this coming april summertime. what do u think of my choice? or will i go for a chocolate brown and light pink combination?

I LOVE the pastel and gold idea, it’s something different. I’m a huge fan of metallic accents, and they can look really classy/elegant in the right setting. I think it would look lovely in your garden setting. I say go for it! Browns and pinks are all too cliche.

i think as long as it is a bold gold and it doesnt get lost in all the pastels then it can be beautiful. maybe some tulips for bouquets tied with wide gold ribbon? i agree that brown and pink (while one of my favorite combinations) is over done, but its pretty too. just a hint to save you money as well, Easter comes early this year so use that to your advantage when looking for ribbon or decorations in pastel as all the easter stuff will be on sale!

The brown and pink combination is more contemporary, but you should go with what you really love. If you love pastels, than go with that. Also, is the rest of your wedding more contemporary in theme, or more traditional? That might help you decide on the colors. Congrats!
